The Customer Service Skill Set addresses the skills and knowledge to provide customer service for an organisation. This course focuses on developing skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service in a range of contexts, including developing strategies and using techniques to resolve customer difficulties and complaints. Skills and knowledge will be developed via our simulated business and will include fun, interactive role plays.
Completion of the skill set will allow you to pursue further training in a range of business areas and provide transferrable skills across a range of industries. The units of competency included in the training are:
On successful completion of this course, you may choose to undertake further study and complete the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification. If you do, you will receive recognition for the above units which meet the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) specialisation.
Course delivery method for this option is entirely online, providing a flexible study opportunity. You will work with your trainer to progress through the course and support is provided in the form of telephone and/or email communications.
This course is 12 weeks full time. Duration can be negotiated to meet individual circumstances.

For partial completion of the skill set you may receive a Statement of Attainment.
