About this Course
The Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) specialisation is designed for clients who are
seeking to develop skills and knowledge to successfully perform business and administrative
operations across varied work environments including the provision of customer service.
Clients studying the customer engagement specialisation of the Certificate III in Business will
strengthen skills across the following areas:

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for the Certificate III in Business.

To study this course, you will need:
- Access to a computer with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or an eligible device with Microsoft 365, and an internet connection.
- Cookies must be enabled in your browser. Note that we recommend you use Google Chrome as your browser.
- An email account.
- A Google account. If you have a Gmail address, you will already have a Google account. If not, you can set one up at Create Google Account. Note that you do not need to create a new email address, you can link your Google account to your existing email address regardless of whether it is a Gmail address or not.
- A computer webcam, or alternate method to interact with your trainer via web conferencing.
Course Delivery
This course is delivered entirely online via Status eLearning, and structured work place activities.
In South Australia voluntary weekly workshops are available to provide in person support with one of our industry trainers.
Course Duration
This course is designed to be completed in 26 weeks, based on a study load of 25 hours per week. The expiry date for this course will be 12 months after course commencement.

Outcome

Should you not complete the entire course, a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of BSB30120 Certificate III in Business will be issued for all successfully completed units.
