About this Course
The Certificate II in Workplace Skills course is designed to give clients the students the skills and
knowledge to carry out a range of basic procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks
that require self-management and technology skills.
Throughout their online studies, students will undertake 305 hours of nominal training across 10
units of competency to meet the requirements of the nationally recognised qualification BSB20120
Certificate II in Workplace Skills.

To study this course, you will need:
- Sufficient language, literacy and numeracy skills to undertake training (assessed at enrolment)
- Access to a computer with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, and an internet connection
- A computer webcam, or alternate method to interact with your trainer via video conferencing
- An email account and a Google account
