Formerly known as Disability Employment Services, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a personalised and comprehensive program designed to support you to find and maintain meaningful employment aligned with your strengths, interests and experiences. Once you have secured a job, our team will continue to support you for as long as you need through Ongoing Support (Work Assist), so you can feel confident and empowered to thrive in your employment.
In Person
Our conveniently located offices offer free access to WiFi, computers, printers and other facilities. If you’re unable to visit us, we can come to you

Meet with us remotely through online video engagements including Teams, Zoom or your preferred platform

You will be supported by your Employment Coach, Employer Engagement Consultants, Workplace Coaches and qualified Counsellors and Trainers

Explore your options through career guidance and counselling, make a job plan and get your personalised resume tailored to your strengths and experience
Support Groups
Connect with others on the journey to employment through our focus groups and connection lounges and access support through a range of initiatives and activities in your local area
Employer Meetings
Get connected with local employers through our Employer Engagement Team as well as at regular Networking Events
Education and Training
Get the qualifications and licences needed to start work in demand industries through partner training organisations, including Pivot Training
Community Connections
We can connect you with local Community Organisations that can help you overcome day to day challenges
Employment Connections
Be connected to current job vacancies, traineeships and apprenticeships in demand industries through our Employer Engagement Team and live jobs board, with direct support to talk with employers to create the right opportunity for you
Your Voice
Employment Coaches will listen and give power to your voice, or you can join a local focus group to help design your own pathway to success. You can also choose to engage with our Disability Advisory Panel on topics that matter to you on your employment journey
Your Decisions
Not on the right path? Something changed? You will meet with your support team regularly to get back on track with the right tools to get you there
